Dejan Lasica is the General Manager of the regional transport organization – SEETO (South East European Transport Observatory, headquartered in Belgrade. The main task is the development of Core and Comprehensive transport network within Western Balkans. In addition, he is involved in Connectivity activities such as railway reform issues, project sustainability included maintenance, reduction of waiting at border crossings, development of intelligent transportation systems, and road safety.
He previously performed the duties of Assistant Minister of Railway Transport at the Ministry of Transport in Serbia for nine years.
He started his professional career as an engineer at the national railway company.
